oceanside, ca
just got a five gallon nano cube its running great i have hermit crabs and a demasel wondering something color ful that i can add fish or lil thing with legs dont know the names yet converting from fresh water..........................

add a fridmani orchid dottyback (love those lil guys) when more established and get rid of the damsels as well they become real nuisances when adding in fish you really want. Especially in a 5 gallon your limited to the amount of fishes you can keep.

little things with legs? lol ummmm get some copepods lol
with only 5G and already a fish/crabs i dunno what to suggest. maybe some coral instead?

thats interesting cause usually beginners go with a larger tank than that...the smaller the tank the more difficult it is

no more fish in that tank. Upgrade fish. Even a 20gallon would give you more room to play. 5G is barely enough for a few guppies yet alone a couple SW fish. JMO

gotta agree with sweetang, i wouldnt put any fish in a 5gal. great to hear you're planning on going big shortly though.

a few members on the board have gone to a 20-30 gallon setup, which would be a good idea for you to look at. You skip the cost of a large setup but you can get a very nice looking tank with a few fish in it. do some research and get your bearings on what you want and then let us know whats going with the plans.
