looking for a good algae eater to go with senegalus, they have gone through a couple tiny golden algae eaters (no big surprise there) and a decent sized (~2.5") regular algae eater. either one may have been from stress from acclimation and i will check on parameters to see, but im asking mainly about compatibility. any cheaper plecos that will do a decent job of controlling moderate brown film algae and not bother the bichirs?
