Good beef heart recipe for discus?

Hi everyone! I would like to see what you all think of this recipe for beef heart food as I found this on Toronto kijiji. Just want some feedback from you all on what you all think of recipe. Thank you!

Ingredients:

Beef heart
Salmon fish
Shrimp
Banana
Lettuce
Egg Yolk
Garlic clove
Pea
Mens Multi vitamin
NLS fish food

Bananas have too much sugar. Lettuce has little nutritional value. Otherwise sounds okay.

That recipe is that of a Discus breeder here in Toronto Area. Beautiful fish he has. Also been doing it for probably longer than i've been alive. I'm sure the sugar is not an issue. Just out of curiousity Joe , where did you hear it would be bad for fish ?

At the fish club, someone once gave a talk on making prepared foods for fish. Said to avoid bananas and other fruits with high sugar content. Have you ever seen sugar or bananas listed on any fish food ingredients labels? If sugar was good for fish, I am sure it would be used.

Swap the lettuce out with spinach. I dunno about bananas as I never used them in my mix
