i need a good brackish fish that will stur up the sand cuz my powerhead isnt doing that great of a job. something that can live with a juvi GSP. and as you can see from my youtube vids he is pretty docile. he is living with a bumblebee goby with no problems. just need some suggestions. :D

not many brackish water folks on here huh

i noticed. thats why i posted this on general aquaria discussion for more results but it got moved by a mod. and thats why im pissed cuz im getting nothing now.

there should be a brackish water aquaria forum out there too, i havent found one, but if you ever do let me know.

there are alot of knowledgeable people on here that know their stuff, but brack water is commonly looked over, thats just the way it goes. theres not many brackish species, or at least as many as FW or SW, so it gets ignored alot.

to answer your question, a dragon goby, they are constantle stirring up the sand seeing as how they are filter feeders. you should try one. i have YoYo loaches, they are not brackish but mine do fine, of course they are young and could probably die any time, but they also move the sand around, alot of gobys do the same.

That'd be my recommendation. I don't have sand, but its impossible to keep the gravel in my tank even because he moves it every night. Just make sure the goby has somewhere to hide.

Good Luck

a dragon goby would work, but it is not ideal considering the tank size. You are better going by what crisper said
