Good buy? Does this ray look healthy?

I'm beeing offered this ray about 14-15" across disc, at a not great but reasonable price, rays are quite rare over here and I want to know if it looks healthy..

and a sex maybe?

its a male. see the 2 little things stickin out by the base of the tail. these r claspers, only males have them.

its 350-400$ but the base price of a 4" pup, medioker quality is about 300$ over here.. so I'm satisfied with the price. =)
