Good Cameras?

Can someone please help me? I am wanting to study photography next year for A level and I want to know of any good SLR cameras pricing from virtually £0-£250 ($420 odd).

why spend more than $20 on a camera? you can get a bunch of disposable ones.

I am not going to lie, disposable cameras are ok but i would not want one for A evel LOL

Nikon or Canon both has entry level models in that range, and both will produce identical results.

What do you mean what type? Specific models? Nikon has the D3100, Canon I'm not too sure on their models...
