I picked up a few tanks Saturday. I'll list what came with each and the price, let me know if you think I got a good deal or bad deal on each of them.

Tank 1- standard 29 gallon glass tank, undergravel filter, 1 large air pump (second nature), 1 small air pump, small in tank filter with carbon and sponge, hood and lights. $45

Tank 2- 38 gallon glass tank, ~30 pounds of large grain sand, hood and lights, background, heater (water inside, don't think it works), older biowheel filter (looks to be a penguin 330, but I was unable to find pics). $35

The 38g tank looks like it was resealed [sloppily] at some point. The 29g looks to be in practically new condition. Both tanks are sitting in the garage filled with water overnight so I can determine if either leaks.

Vote in the poll and elaborate in this thread. Thanks.

i personally think those were some great deals for just the tank but you also got some extra's and that is better...so i will rate this buy as an 8

deffinently good deals on both

congrats on the buys

I say good deal both tanks. If the 2nd tank turns out to be leaky not so much but otherwise good.

80 bucks for 67 gallons isn't bad, nothing worth crossing state lines over, it wasn't a steal, but it's still a good deal. Also I found location seems to play a big part in the prices, what I consider an ok deal in Cleveland, would be priced on the low side for Erie, just bc of the amount of availability differences.
