Good Deal / Bad Deal?

Saw a few things on craigslist that I am contemplating. Please let me know what you would do.

90g for $60. Apparently this was used for reptiles. Supposed to be water tight but missing the middle brace.

75g tank only (his) to trade for my 29g with new hood and light. Tank supposed to be on, but he has no pictures of either.

I offered my 29g with hood and light plus metal stand and whisper 60 for both tanks. So, what would you do? Buy 90g, trade 75g, trade for both, or do none? Please post as well as voting- some opinions matter more than others. ;)
 
You might as well grab the 90, That's a deal. And as for trading tanks if what ever you will be using the tank for, do you like the tank, do you feel its a better deal, if it looks good and you have a use for it DO IT DO IT DO IT
 
Ide get both but becareful with the reptile tank. ask him if hes ever medicated whatever reptile he had in there for mites as most meds have insecticide that might have seeped into the seems.

Only concern there is that I'd have to redo the stand so the tank sits taller (not too big of a deal). Main thing is finding a lid for the 30x18 footprint. Now, if you've got one in the garage... ;)
 
now the lid i do think i have. so maybe that will sway you. the stand does sit low though. kind of a bummer but it would be easier to build a taller nicer stand anyhow.
 
i know i have i 10g tanks that have been registered useless for fish keeping cuase of how many times ive had to bleach and spray mite treatment , and other mite treatments with fish killing chemicals. i can never use them for fish.
