Good Deal? HELP!

Ok, so I just found a 55 gallon oceanic tank with wooden stand and canopy, fluval 404 canister filter, and a lot of accessories for $125. Is this a good deal, or is regular enough to pass up? I'm trying to post the pic...

Deffinatly a good deal. Those wooden stand and canopies are worth that alone. I would buy it.

I just talked to the guy, and he says he'll throw in a 30 gallon heater (out of an old tank) and a bunch of accessories for the tank and filter, 2 extra bulbs fr the 36" lights, and 2 cobalt cichlids if I get it tomorrow....
