Good Deal on Fish (New York - Staten Island)

I found this guy on Craigslist selling his 150 gallon for $500. Now, 150 setup for $500 I cant tell if its all that great of a deal but he is also selling his fish on the side. He is willing to sell 5 Oscars, 4 Plecos, African Knife, and two snails for $50!

selling my150 gal set upfor $500.
it is in working condition and includes
black formica stand, decorative background, light, 2 filters, gravel, and a few odds and ends.
i'm also selling my fish
5 good sized oscars
4 placos
2 snails
1 african knife fish
all the fish for $50

The only thing it does not say exactly how big are the Oscars but still is a good deal.
