good deal or not

a friend offered me 200 bucks for one of my 55 gal tanks
this tank is is new condition and has i a pine stand, heater, light, penquin 330 filter, tops, air pump, and gravel.
so you think i should sell
take into account i paid 225 for it and a 20 gal complete setup that includes stand and canopy

so should i sell or not
