looking in the local paper, i found a 6x2x2 tank with hoods and lights, what sounds like a 2x2x2 wet/dry and some other kinda wal-mart pump. i only had a phone conversation so far, he said glass good, no scratches. no stand. he wintered his koi's in this tank. $500.00. this is the minimum size i wanted to upgrade to, but seems like a decent buy, and big tanks dont show up often round here. whadya think?

Well it depends, what kind of fish do you currently keep/plan on getting? If you are keeping fish that can live in that tank for life than its a good deal, but if the fish that you have will outgrow the tank in a year than I would go bigger.
