just try them all....eventually they will get picked off, but some last longer than others.

Tinfoil barbs - big enough not to be eaten; can take a beatin' and keep on swimming...

A group of 3-4 will distribute the aggression...

Lots of rocks with hiding places and a group of neets. The dovii will kill some, but if oyu have enough hiding spaces he will never get them all.
