What species of fish would be best to breed for feeders? I have guppies and platty's, but neither of them have been producing anything. I also have a mated pair of convicts, but they have yet to have a successful breeding attempt. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well you have the top three feeder breeders there -Anne

convicts breed the most, just get like a couple of convicts and put them together and if you have a male and female they will pair off and kill the others. just dont let them kill the others and give them away.

Whats your con set up look like ?? Are they in a community? What are you using for caves? And if none of your fish are breeding it might be your water? OrFeeding habits.. Can you give us more info? Maybe we can give you some more informed and specific answers that maybe all your feeders will breed... :)
