650gph of HOB filters would also work fine. 2 AC 70 would do it, or 2 penguin 350, or whatever combo you want.

agreed, go with AC 70 or rena filters.

good filter for under $90 that moves a lot of water - AC 110.

if money is no option then i would go for an Eheim canister filter or possibly even an FX5. depending on the stock of the tank.....

I filter my 75 gallon with an emperor 400 and a cascade 1000. They're both pretty good. It seems pretty overfiltered.
