what do you wanna catch and how far are you willing to go? since you're in chino hills, there's lake perris off the 215 and lake puddingstone off the 57 between the 10 and 210. there's largemouth bass, bluegill, and crappie in all the lakes in socal. they should all be biting now that spring is coming. both lakes still get trout plants until about april or may...

yes you do need a liscense and from what i hear the ticket for fishing without a license went up 100 dollars ... so if im right it should be at 900.... if you want some one to go with you my buddy and i are always in the mood to go fishing and if you have a truck we can tow his boat ....

Irvine Lake

as already stated, a license is needed. limits are 5 bass, but please release them... 10 trout and i think there is no limit on bluegill and crappie...

at irvine lake, you don't need a license, but you will pay up the ass to fish there. its a private pay-to-fish lake. they are known for trophy sized trout, but i'm not into trout fishing. you just sit there and wait for a bait...

next time i go to fishing, i'll hit you up.
