Good for one motoro? & questions.

My question is: is a 60x30x24 a good size for a single male motoro?

Where is a good vendor or source for healthy rays?

As I would ideally like a motoro or a flower, but would be willing to settle for a decent hystrix as well. Do the rays pattern change as they grow?

30 inches is the max width so I could go up to 72 length if 60 is a problem.

Motoros get pretty large. Males a little smaller than females but eventually your tank would be too small at some point. If you like motoro perhaps consider a marble motoro. My male marble is still about 11" across and 2.5 years old. Flowers are even larger than motoros fyi. Good luck.

Yes marble motoro is what I want. Did not realize they where different than regular motoro.

Yes, marbles are smaller but females still get large....too large for a 180. Males are much smaller, there are also some rare mini marbles which are tiny in comparison.

I found a wc male with 11 in disc from Peru. Is he good in a 90 alone until I get the 180 set up, about 1-2 months out still.

Also is 300 a good price?
