3 years ago I bought a Zoomed dual t5ho fixture for a planted 20g tank. The fixture has performed flawlessly but drove me nuts since it is twice as wide as needed which made it a pain to open the lid on a 36g bowfront (replaced the 20) so I replaced the fixture. Since the Zoomed still worked I decided to suspend it under my 40b for my hospital/quarantine tank but I didn't have the aircraft cable and the lens was cracked so I went to the Zoomed website and saw no parts for sale but quickly found the customer service email. Less than 1 hour from sending an email they responded asking for my address and a pic of the broken lens which I immediately provided. Here we are 6 days later and I have both the lens and aircraft cable in my possession and completely free of charge.
 
Now thats what i call good customer service... Good to see there are companies out there still willing to do small favors like this for their customers...
