She came in with two kinks one near her pelvic area and one near the neck, she was thin and very dehydrated. She was also a lot smaller than the male. Since then she has made a good recovery and gain considerable weight and has even packed some length. This is V Similis BTW.

I dont know the age on these guys they are wild caught, but assuming from the sizes id say 8months-1.5 yrs. The kink should not affect her in breeding, as so far hasnt affected her in her eating habits. She is eating daily mice or roaches mixed with turkey diet from time to time sprinkled with calcium.

I absolutely love this species, very quickly becoming one of my favorites. They are unlike any other dwarf in terms of look and disposition. They are not shy but not bold like ackies, and their throat coloration is amazing! Their tails are odd, very thick in the male, but arboreal. Very close to tristis. They have some amazing sales on KS for this species so if anyone is interested in them jump on it now. They havent been imported like this since back in the 90's from what I recall.
