good ich med that doesnt kill live rock etc.

a 29 gal i have a coral beauty angel and it seems to be dying and if it dies it dies how do i stop the ich. i have done water changes is there a solution?
 
Most of the meds out there will impact the rest of the tank as well. Best bet is to get a small quarantine tank going.
For the time being, lower the salinity and bump the temp up a little.

What else is in the tank?
 
treating the fish in hypo salinity is best way to get rid of ich in sw. leaving the main without a fish for 6-8 weeks is the only to be sure you get rid ich that is in the substrate and rocks. do a search on hypo salinity.
 
You must treat all the fish in QT with hypo whether they show the parasite or not. The main tank must remain fallow (without fish) for 8 weeks.
