i cant get enough of lizards, and i need some advice.i was wanting to know what good lizard or contrictor snake could go in my new empty 55 gallon.before i buy the lizars i will set the cage up first.

Stick with your Tokays for now. Most of us only buy new reptiles when there is a show or expo coming up.

Nvm saw your other thread, but I would stick to the Tokays for a while to make sure you can manage them....But research what you like and ask us questions before you buy. Both the MFK'ers and you will be happier in the long run. GL

Honestly LC, I would be saving your money for your Nile setup before you start getting into other species. Your Nile is going to demand a lot from you (money and time) sooner than you think.

I don't have him anymore, but I plan on getting another one soon, a bearded dragon. They are common but they are very personable imo.

Elevatethis - He took his Nile back because it bit his sister. Can't say we didn't warn him!
I also think you should stick with the Tokays, they are aggressive enough for you at the moment.

Infact, I wouldn't expect him to get a Bearded dragon. It seems far too common for him, I think he wants a species that none of us have, and he wants to flaunt it at us. If this is the case, its pathetic, look how it backfired with the Nile. I honestly can't see how his mom would let him get anymore animals, especially if the last thing he got was so aggressive and attacked another of her children.
