good lure for white bass and striper

What type of water will you be fishing for them in?

I fish for hybrids, stripe, and white bass below a damn and I pretty much only use jigs. The good ole twisty tail type but my best producer is Berkley Gulp minnows.
 
its behind a jetty and inbetween two jettys always see them jump soo i reallly wanna catch.
 
Yes, use that color if the water is muddy, if semiclear white with the same color jighead will be good. I use these in places with alot of snags and rocks and fast current (the places these fish like) because they are cheap and you will loose a bunch of them!

White bass and hybrids are frenzied schooling feeders, if you catch one, make your next cast in the exact same spot and you should hook up.
 
I like Fin-S-Fish for stripers.
 
ok well let me refrase the question what is a good lure to catch them from SHORE.
