Good Nano HOB?

I’m looking for a high flow nano HOB, 80 gph minimum and no more than 5” all directions. I’ve found a few options but nothing I’m thrilled with, so if anyone has one to recommend, I’d appreciate it.

I guess if anyone can recommend a good nano heater, that’s helpful too. I’m new to the freshwater nano thing and the stuff I use for my nano reef won’t work for what I’m planning

A powerhead with a DIY spray bar (or even without) would be an easy solution. A sponge filter can be attached to it if desired.
