Are earthworms good for flower horns?

Pretty sure worms have pretty good nutritional value for fish in general, and even better than some of the common staple dry foods people use. Don't see any harm in feeding them worms. Obviously you should not feed dead worms to fish, but otherwise, I see not reason why not.
