I have 2 mono peacock bass in a 75 gallon grow out tank. they are both about 2". I was wondering if I could put a pike cichlid in with them? If so, what kind of pike? How big? I'm also open to suggestions for alternative fish that may be better with the bass long term. I'm relatively new to peacock bass so please give me as much info as possible in this area. thanks.

The pike cichlid should be fine with the bass as long as it is the same size of the bass or bigger. If you have any more questions just let me know.

For sure no dwaves or smaller pikes like saxatillis as they will surely be eaten eventually, go for a lugubris group like marmorata, lenticulata, atabapo red, tapajos red etc
