good pleco for my tank

I was wondering what a good pleco for my ca cichlid tank the only plecos I have ever had was common plecos and I would like one a little less common

How about a Sailfin, Royal, Vampire, Adonis, or Scarlet

A few questions first:
1. What is your stocking list?
2. Size of tank?
3. What are you looking for... algae cleaner, looks, monster?
4. Are you looking for one that has color, patterns, or just a big bruiser?

A few options that will work well for you... Panaques, pseudacanthicus, megalancistrus, ancistrus, or possibly leporacanthicus.

when it comes to plecos $$$ can add up very quickly.

well if you got CA then they got to be a reasonable size and something that can hold their own. if you got the money get a luteus, if not get something like a L14 or some kinda Pseudacanthicus sp.
