Take a look at the classifieds on here, roughly 3/4 ads on there are socal.

you can probably get a used one for 2 or 3k if you're patient and wait for the right tank.

Shop around, call Tenecor, midwest customs, glasscages and get quotes to compare.

DId you check with TruVu? They build them up here in Nor Cal. I know they'll build anything you want up to 8'x4'x4'.
