Good Pump?

I've seen other 3,000 gph Pumps go for anywere between 130-400 bucks this is only $60 is it too good to be true? has anyone used it or currently using it?

I had a quick look and couldn't see how many watts it uses. Cheaper pumps are often less efficient on power consumption that more economical more expensive ones (say Laguna, for example), so they work out more expensive in the long run.

I'd be concerned that it is not designed to run 24/7 since it is for a sump pit and not ponds, pools, or aquarium use.
