Just wanted to start a thread with pictures of fish that you brought back to life after nearing death...

Here's my contribution:

I got these festae pair shipped to my place about a month ago and the bag was leaking and barely any life left in the fish. I threw them in the tank and just turned up the air pump...

First day I got them.

Yesterday after a tank cleaning, female is not prefect as the ones I've seen on here...she's a cutie in my eyes.

Male has colored up nicely too

my save,
had its eye ripped out, fins destroyed and was barely alive, breathing heavily. I moved it into a bucket overnight floating in my tank with some aquarium salt, set him up in a 20 gallon the next day

here he is now almost as good as new

His fins seem to be regenerating black, even though he is an albino.
