Good starter monster fish?

Im planning on building a tank as some of you may know...And I've recently decided I want some mega fish.

The tank will be about 14ft long, 550 gallons or so, and ill have adequate filtration.

So that out of the way...What monster fish can I get that will be happy in that space...And that dont need to eat a crap load of food. Or live food for that matter. Mom...gets upset.

what height and depth? you could do a bunch of big bad ca cichlids, like assorted parachromis and some red devils. also could do fish from the amazon, rays, pacu, oscars, blue aro, the works. tons of options. really need the width to figure you options out

Width....Not big enough for rays dont think :/
Be 24 inches max

Two feet is really limiting why not go 4 or 5 feet wide 2ft deep? Otherwise your stuck with smaller aggro cichlids and maybe a Jar

I dont have the room..
There is a long hallway where i can have a very long tank...But not very wide.
But nowhere where I can have a square-ish tank :/
