I have a 500 gal pond with 3 peacock bass (12-14in), 3 motoros (8-14in in diamater), and an 11in redtail cat. The redtail was a rescue that i will be rehoming in the near future. Currently I am in the hunt for a single larger fish to add something new to the tank. I've never had luck with arowana and i would prefer to stick with fish native to S. America. Any Suggestions?

Imo those bass are going to double in size fast and take away most space for tankmates. You may, however, have luck with some smaller cats like Lima shovel nose.
