Good temp for aowana

Hello peeps how is everyone? My question has to do with temperature, what is the ideal temperature for keeping my new arowana healthy and happy? Any info would be appreciated, thx.

as long as it is above 80f and no less than 86 you are ok so in the middle is good and i totally agree that the above temp would work just great i just put it in different word as to not sound the same

I keep my silvers and jardinis temp between 78-82 degrees F. I had a heater fail on me once and the temp dropped to 74 degrees F before I caught it. It didn't harm my aros at all.

i have set mine at 80 with bunch of fish.. every fish happy with that temp but the higher you have the temp you have to feed more to your fish...

My Oscars get blood thirsty when the temp gets above 80 F so I was hoping to keep my arowana (when i get one) at around that temp....

I keep mine at 84 currently, but in the past have kept aros as low as 77 and as high as 86 with no ill effect. Except when you keep at 86 they tend to eat a lot...
