Just hoping somebody could share a place where one could do some reading and research on Crenicichla.
Yea I did Google and I did find that site. But it's a little outdated. All you had to do was use google...http://www.oocities.org/vinnykutty/articles.html
You won't find updated info and most likely will just have to read everything you find on the internet as it's scattered all over. Not a popular fish so you won't find something just dedicated to them except for the link I already posted.Yea I did Google and I did find that site. But it's a little outdated.
Unfortunately as Blkpiranha said pike info. is fairly scattered and hard to find. Other sources of info. if you're willing to spend some cash on pikes include Aqualog Vol 1 which can be found on ebay along with it's sister books and supplements.Yea I did Google and I did find that site. But it's a little outdated.
No problem, can I ask which pikes caught your interest? Hopefully one will catch you enough to make you scoop one up and become part of the pike keeper family. They really are pretty amazing full of personality, pretty hardy, come in some great colors their body shape adds diversity to a community and if you're into having rare fish or fish not many have and perhaps would like to lead the way on learning about fish these guys are perfect.Ok thanks a lot for the replys! I've been doing a lot of reading through old post. That helps a lot. And the Facebook page is cool.
