I don't see them on either the prohibited or the conditional species list.

Can the Goonch live in the temperatures of North America, in the wild?

Depends on which goonch. Highland goonch may not handle the highest of the temps. Lowland goonch may not handle the lowest of the temps. Etc.

Depends where but most would survive year round in a lot of the states. I'm not sure if a large hlg would be able to handle the warmer states like Florida. And I'm not sure if a rutilus can handle the freezing temps of the northern states. It all really depends on the species

I'm down in southwest florida I got mine from Jeff Rapps just over a month ago, I Couldnt find anything as far restrictions on them in Florida
