Goonch id and tank setup

I have this 9 to 9.5 goonch which I don’t know which one is he can be anyone help me. And also what can I use to put in his tank sand or gravel

Those are the only people I know that know or have kept Goonches. Idk if Victor has kept them.

Rutilus. Super clean water, lots of do2, appreciates flow but not required. SE Asia species and seems tolerant if warmer temps.
