I just got a goonch and Its been breathing heavy for the past 2 days now. Is that normal for goonch? Almost every YouTube video I see of them in a tank they are breathing just like mine. Should I be concerned? Temp is around 75 and tanks has a very nice air pump.

Never had a Goonch but from what I've heard they don't tend to live long in the home aquarium. I've only heard of one semi-successful case on one of the threads here but I don't remember if the fish died or not.

The only thing I can suggest is taking a look at water parameters and consider lowering water temperatures for more O2 retention.

Make sure the surface water is rippling, this is what dissolves in the oxygen, people often think an air pump pumps in air, it is the surface movement that does all the work.

Takes a while for it to get use to the new surrounding. Had mine for over 2 weeks n still having eat yet but finally starting to nipple on some silverside.

Obviously oxygen related. My old goonch used to sit right in front of a 2000gph powerhead all day long, to give you an idea of the type of flow they like.
