Goonch lost its eyes ?

Hi all has anyone had a goonch that lost its eyes or had them skin over .
I bought one which I believe is B.Bagarius 4 years ago it hardly grew for two years ago then it was placed in a tank on the floor with no heat and apart from water changes I didn't really pay it much attention .
Till one day I looked in on it it had trebled in size but its eyes were gone .
It's perfectly healthy and eats like a demon buy the eyes are a mystery any insight on this .

I havent heard of that but have what I was led to believe was B.Bagarius but isnt.. how big has yours ended up in that time

Really? It had eyes a year ago ! What’s it in with? Anything that may have attacked it?
