Just thought I'd share the subject of my latest photoshoot: the Goonch Cat (Bagarius yarrelli). Having never seen this fish in person, I was amazed at how much of a beast it is even at 6-7" in size. It's skin is thick and textured like a croc and it has not just visible but very impressive teeth!
In terms of the photo I'm not overly thrilled with how it came out. Sometimes those white photo cubes work great, but other times the lighting only illuminates in certain areas and you end up with a weird white balance and shadows around the corners of the image. The fish itself came out pretty good though.
