It is. Thanks for bringing this up. I've thoroughly forgotten about this pretty fish, reminds me of a Pterodoras granulosus trying to blend in a school of trout...

That's exactly how to describe it.
I live in Humboldt County California and it's hard to get less common fish in through the few fish stores here.
If I saw some online I'd be interested in buying them though.

Nope. I've not looked closely at it but to a passing glance it appears to be either super rare or not offered in the hobby at all. Fugupuff (aka Wesley Wong of Rare Fish, CA) may know or find out.
