The article talks about how strong and durable it is, but how easy is it to work with? Cut? Price??

Interesting indeed, Yet it seems to be way to flexible to be used as a load retaining material. Although maybe they have a way to fix that!

Plus it's treated with chemicals to make it so durable so I'm not sure how safe that would be.

Hmm, it's manufactured only 1 hour and 20 minutes from me. If its not too expensive I should pick some up and see what it's like.

i dont know if it would work. on my phone, it's pretty flexible and feels more like plastic...

I guess it depends on if it comes in 1 thickness only, or if they can make it thicker, or laminate it maybe? Might be worth looking into...

It's not meant to be load bearing, it's meant to be dent and scratch resistant.

I like how it's been around since the 60s, but had no commercial application at the time.
