Gorillus Black / Magnum X update

Hey guys!

It took me awhile but I finally made a video of my Gorillus Black juvies as I told Umbee King I would. Shout out to Chris for hooking me up with one of the dominant males of the batch that I appropriately named Gorillus Warfare because he is a beast!!! He is easily double the size of the rest and has a temper of a madman. I cannot wait to see how he develops in the next few months. I originally had the 8 Gorillus black in a 125 then my roomate ordered five or so of Jason's wild festae and I ended up with a big Magnum X male of his I believe was one of his backups so I had to divide the tank for a month or so. Appropriately named 44 magnum, he is a beast with big bright freckling. Shoutout to FreshWaterPredators as well go check out his website! The personality of these guys is unbelievable, if you haven't picked any up I strongly recommend doing so because they are just plain badass. Heres a video of update numero uno

looking good!! i kept a few stunners from my spawn including this guy and ended up pulling out females thinking they were males and sold the only two males i had including this guy. the males magx seem to take longer to color up than the females but when they do, they will be awesome!! i would suggest darker substrate to help his colors. thanks for the shout out and good luck with one of the few males i actually sexed.
