got 55gallon

55gallon has been cycleing for about 5 days and i been wondering what i am going 2 put in it and i am thinking catfish!>=O!!!!!!!!
But i dont know witch ones can live in a 55 all there life so some help would be nice.
Also they might be with to tri-color sharks witch are very smaller right now

Just get a pair of Gulpers and call it a day

They will even take care of those pesky tri-colors later when you've had enough of them

Gulpers are cats, they are just expensive. I suggest 4-line pim, or a school of pictus.

i was thinking pictus how many could i keep in a 55 for life?
Could i also have some info on Gulpers or a website plz

Gulpers are the best for small tanks

Research them alittle more here

you could prob have a group of 5-7 Pictus in that 55

4 line no. too large to be that active in a small tank. school of pictus yes. gulpers HELL yes. if you had a 55 gal. tank with a pair of gulpers in it i think it would be the coolest 55 ever. otherwise i would say syno or sun cat.

yeah 2 gulpers and 2 pictus would work so long as you dont spend too much on the pictus. it would be interesting to watch for about 30 seconds. at that point all you would have left would be 2 gulpers. check out this thread ----> http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=130066
