Got a new pleco now quite sure what it is.

So I got this new little guy at my lfs and they said it was a vampire pleco. But I want to check with you guys! Here's so pictures.

The spines appear to match a vampire. Can you take a pic of the mouth? If it has a frilly lip, then its definitely leporacanthicus vampire.

I don't think those are spines. Just looks like the fins are tethered a bit. But it could possibly be a lda33 or l201
