Ok so, I went and got a new tank and put my Jewel in there, I also went and bought a GT for a tank. I hope it wasn't a bad idea. They seem to be doing ok, the same old cichlid activities. I was just happy to get my Jewel out of that 10 gallon tank, and I saw all your pics of your GT's I had to get one, he is around 3 inches and the Jewel around 2. I will post pics in the morning, of Omar and Brutus, Omar is a little camera shy though everytime I try he runs back to the log...

Here are my Pics. My jewel named Brutus, because he killed everyone in my tank, so hence the name Brutus from Caesar. And The GT is named Omar after the character on The Wire, because he's a bada@@!!! lol

Yes I had a JD, but I gave it to my friend, he has a 75g with nothing in it. So he is going to raise the JD...
What size tank(s) are these fish in. If they are sharing a 10 gallon you might as well add another notch to Brutus' gun right now. You will run into problems very soon. If the GT is alone in the 10 gal work on finding him a 55 gallon and start cycling it.
