Got a Q on Plumbing Glue

I recently re-did my plumbing on my 300 and I left it overnight to dry completly (I used the 5min dry stuff for PVC).

My Q is.... when I get home do I take the pump/plumbing and turn it on outside (just to rinse out the PVC for any debree) and Im good to go????
Or do I need to do something else before I throw it on my 300.

Id rather ask a dumb Q than regreat asking and kill my PrizeFish

should be fine.......... the pvc glue is usually approved for drinking water......check the can to be sure.........but once dry and rinsed it should be fine
