  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
yep. and they last 20 times as long as the other misters and humidifiers I have used before. I have one hooked up to my viper tank now.

the ultrasonic one?

EDIT: nevermind, i just saw the one called "repti fogger" i'm gonna get one for my flying gecko tank sometime..

while it needs humidity...make sure it can fully dry out or you'll have problems

left side of tank is the basking side and it is a full screen door so she can dry out on that side my water dish is in the middle of the tank and the fogger will be on the right side

cool cool

Im not a big fan of foggers as they make the maitenance more complicated and one I had many years ago gave me small electric shocks. I would simply put a heat pad on the outside of the enclosure under the water basin... Dont forget that you should only make it run a few minutes a day, basilisks need to dry for the nigth and they are prepared for dry conditions (dont forget they face dry and wet seazons).

From what I've heard, repti foggers sound like a hit-and-miss with some working just fine and others breaking down after a while of running.

Ill stick with trusty spray bottle. Home depots got them for a dollar. Best part is. If it breaks I can reach into my pocket and buy a new one with spare change :)
