Got another question!

So. I have another noobish question( when do they become not noobish?). I am possibly looking to put some floating plants in my tank b/c my fish don't really like the light I have (its really powerful). Are there any plants that don't require CO2 and a mega powered light? Its not quite a lazy question as my expenses are wrapped up in saving up for a car engine servicing (217,000 miles). HELP!

Any floating plant gets CO2 from the air, not the water. Most are quite easy to grow.

If you dont mind pulling bunches out every so often duckweed works...some people love it but there are just as many that hate it
