Hey guys so I just setup another tank and this one is a 75 I want to do a central/south American cichlid tank but not really sure which are compatible with others and they fight

I have a

Convict
Jack Dempsey
Fire mouth
Albino tiger oscar

The jack Dempsey is about the same size as the firemouth and the convict but he beats them and chases them around the Oscar and Dempsey get along what fish would be good with these 2

If I was you I would either keep the o and set the tank up as a solo fish tank or out the o and keep the other 3. All 4 together would need atleast a 90 to a 120 minimum IMO, you could maybe keep the o and one of the others for some time but you would eventually need an upgrade.

i dont really care to much for the o but will taking the o out stop the Dempsey from going after the others? or wont it make them go after them more cause it would make him dominate

i would do salvinis insted of fire mouth's and maybe some type of geo..but that might be over stocked.....but with good filtration you might be able to get away with this stock

i got one of those 5 stage canisters from ebay ive had it for 2 weeks now and it works great

it has a uv light and 4 stages of filtration
