Got Eggs Again

My Red Severums spawned again last night.Its only been about 2 weeks since the last time they spawned.That time all eggs turned white with fungus.Then they ate the eggs.I see 2 eggs this morning with fungus on them now.I know about males being infertile,but I have read somewhere that not all males are.Maybe I'm grasping here,but I'm hoping for a fertile male.But I won't bet on it.This is their 4th time laying eggs.2 times eggs were eaten(could have been them,could have been others in the tank,they didn't have the tank to themselves then).Last time all eggs turned white with fungus like I said.And now last night.

Ok it's been a day and a half and only 8 eggs have fungus on them. I'm crossing my fingers other eggs don't get fungus.

It's normal for some of the eggs to be infertile, but by the looks of them in your first photo, most are fertile and look good.

I'm leaving the parents with the eggs or fry if they do hatch.

Oh well. I think I just got my answer on whether male is fertile or not.

Nice dude, I'm not sure how the fry end up for the reds. Keep us updated.

No dude,I'm telling you I think almost all of them turned to fungus.I guess the male is infertile.

Anyone in New York want a couple of Red Severums.Willing to make a trade. I got these guy with the hope that they would be able to breed successfully. They are good looking though.
