So now that it is pretty much christmas time, I thought why not spoil myself with 2 plecos that I've always wanted and never really took the chance to get...

Well, here they are...

Nice! It's a great feeling when you finally get the pleco you've dreamed about for who know how long.

I was lucky enough to get my dream pleco a few years ago. His name is Sir Elton John II, he's an L397.

From a german importer. But the L25 sadly died 2 weeks ago due to him having a very small hole in his body when he came from Brazil that sadly got bigger and bigger until it was really big and deep into the flesh.

But thank god I saw it when I got the pleco shipped to me and reported it immediately. Thanks to that I got a new one for free. A bit less colorful, but way more stable (way fatter), healthy and bigger too (11¨).
